CK BOĞAZİÇİ ELEKTRİK’İN ‘GAYRİMENKULÜN ENERJİSİ RAPORU’NA GÖRE

2017’nin ilk yarısında 83 bin yeni gayrimenkulün kapısı açıldı

 

  • Türkiye’nin lider elektrik perakende şirketi CK Boğaziçi Elektrik tarafından hazırlanan Gayrimenkulün Enerjisi Raporu, 2017 yılının ilk yarısında İstanbul’un Avrupa yakasındaki büyümeyi gözler önüne serdi. Mega kentte ilk 6 ayda, bir önceki yılın aynı dönemine göre yüzde 16’lık bir artışla 83 bin yeni gayrimenkul oturumcusu ile buluştu.
  • Yılın ilk yarısında İstanbul’u depreme karşı güçlendiren kentsel dönüşüm çalışmaları da hızla devam etti. Kentsel dönüşüm çerçevesinde en büyük hareket Gaziosmanpaşa, Bayrampaşa ve Küçükçekmece’de yaşanırken Şubat 2016’dan bu yana yaklaşık 50 bin abone tahliye edildi.
  • CK Boğaziçi Elektrik’in Gayrimenkulün Enerjisi Raporu’nda bu kez İstanbul’un Avrupa yakasındaki abonelerin nüfusa kayıtlı olduğu iller de yer aldı. Rapora göre dev kentte İstanbul doğumlulardan sonra ikinci sırada Sivaslılar geliyor. Burdurlular ise son sırada.

 

Perakende elektrik satışında sektörün lideri olan CK Boğaziçi Elektrik’in 3 ayda bir düzenli olarak açıkladığı ‘Gayrimenkulün Enerjisi Raporu’, 2017 yılının ilk yarısında İstanbul’un Avrupa yakasındaki büyümenin hız kesmeden devam ettiğini gösterdi. Rapora göre mega kentte ilk 6 ayda toplam taşınma hareketi bir önceki yılın aynı dönemine göre yüzde 26 artarak 285 bini aştı. Bu hareketin yaklaşık yüzde 30’u ise ‘yeni konut’ ve ‘yeni işyeri’nden geldi. Yani 2017’nin ilk yarısında 83 bin yeni gayrimenkul, kapılarını ilk kez açarak oturumcusu ile buluştu.

Gayrimenkulün Enerjisi Raporu 2017 ilk yarı sonuçlarını açıklamak üzere basın mensupları ile bir araya gelen CK Boğaziçi Elektrik Genel Müdürü Halit Bakal, yılın ilk çeyreğinde başlayan gayrimenkulde fırsat kampanyalarının ikinci çeyrekte de etkisini gösterdiğini dile getirerek, “İstanbul her geçen gün büyüyor ve yenileniyor. Depreme dayanıklı, planlı ve şehrin çehresini pozitif yönde değiştiren yeni projelerin kapılarını açması, kentsel dönüşüm ile kentte sürekli bir taşınma hareketi, yer değiştirme gözleniyor. HER GÜN 463 YENİ GAYRİMENKUL OTURUMCUSU İLE BULUŞTU

CK Boğaziçi Elektrik’in ‘sektörde ilk ve tek olma’ özelliğine sahip ‘Gayrimenkulün Enerjisi Raporu’na göre yılın ilk 6 ayında toplam taşınma hareketi 285 bini aştı. CK Boğaziçi Elektrik’in teknolojiye yaptığı yatırımlarla anlık olarak izlediği abonelerinin başvuru ve ikamet bilgileri baz alınarak hazırladığı raporda, mega kentteki bu dev hareketin 83 bininin yeni gayrimenkullerin oturumcusu ile buluşmasından kaynaklandığı görüldü. Yılın ilk yarısında her gün yeni konutuna, işyerine taşınanların ortalama sayısı 463 oldu. Aynı dönemde ikinci elde taşınma hareketi 201 bini aştı. Günde ortalama 1.113 kişi ikinci el gayrimenkule geçti. İlk yarıda en hareketli bölge yine Esenyurt olurken, onu Başakşehir ve Büyükçekmece takip etti.

KENTSEL DÖNÜŞÜMLE 1,5 YILDA 50 BİN ABONE TAHLİYE EDİLDİ

CK Boğaziçi Elektrik tarafından Şubat 2016’dan itibaren takip edilen konut yıkım istatistikleri de kentsel dönüşümde kat edilen yolu ortaya koydu. Son bir buçuk yılda tahliye edilen abone sayısı 50 bini bulurken, kentsel dönüşüm nedeniyle tahliyesi yapılanların 45 bini meskenlerden oluştu. Bu da her gün ortalama 6 daireli 14 apartmanın kentsel dönüşümle yıkımının yapıldığı anlamına geliyor. Şubat 2016’dan bu yana meskenlerin yanı sıra toplam 5 bin 398 ticarethane ve 49 sanayi abonesi de tahliye edildi. Kentsel dönüşümde öne çıkan bölgeler ise Gaziosmanpaşa, Bayrampaşa ve Küçükçekmece oldu.

DÜNYA ŞEHRİ İSTANBUL’UN AVRUPA YAKASINDA 141 ÜLKENİN VATANDAŞI YAŞIYOR

2017 yılında da yabancıların İstanbul’a olan ilgisi devam ederken, tarihi kentte yaşamayı tercih edenlerin sayısı da giderek arttı. Dünya kenti ve Türkiye’nin cazibe merkezi İstanbul’un Avrupa yakasında 141 ülkenin vatandaşı yaşarken, Haziran 2017 itibarıyla yabancı abone sayısı 54 bini aştı. Yabancı uyruklu abonelerde rekor artış Mayıs 2017’de yaşandı. Mayıs’ta 3 bin 837 yeni yabancı abone İstanbul Avrupa Yakası’na yerleşti.

HEMŞERİM, MEMLEKET NERE?

4,5 milyon müşteriye elektrik perakende satışı yapan CK Boğaziçi Elektrik, Gayrimenkulün Enerjisi raporunda bu kez abonelerinin nüfusa kayıtlı olduğu illerinin dağılımını da ilk kez açıkladı. İstanbul’un Avrupa yakasında yaşayan 4,5 milyon abonenin 599 bini İstanbul nüfusuna kayıtlı iken ikinci sırada 167 bin kişi ile Sivaslılar geldi. Sivaslıları 126 bin kişi ile Kastamonulular, 104 bin kişi ile de Malatyalılar izledi. İlk 10 içinde Karadeniz Bölgesi’nden 7 kent yer alırken, İstanbul’un Avrupa yakasında 2 bin kişi ile en az Burdurluların elektrik aboneliği olduğu görüldü.
