‘Gel-Al’ serviste dünyanın bir numaralı pizza zinciri unvanına sahip Little Caesars Pizza, Türkiye pazarındaki zorlu ekonomik koşullara, sürdürülebilir bir fiyat politikası değişikliği ile yanıt verdi. Little Caesars, ‘Gel-Al’ servisin çok yönlü faydalarını müşterileriyle paylaştığı yüzde 40 indirimli fiyatlarıyla herkesin kaliteli ve lezzetli pizza yiyeceği yeni bir dönem başlatıyor.

Her zevke hitap eden pizzalarıyla küçük büyük herkesin kalbini kazanan Little Caesars Pizza Türkiye, ekonomik dalgalanmaya fiyat artışıyla değil, uzun vadeli dev bir indirimle karşılık verdi. Başta nefis kenar olmak üzere sektördeki birçok ilkin mucidi Little Caesars, Türkiye’de ‘Gel-Al’ servisi yaygınlaştıracak yüzde 40 indirim kampanyasını duyurdu. Eve servis siparişlerde de dip fiyat politikası uygulamayı içeren yeni fiyat stratejisinin öncelikli amacı: “Herkesin en lezzetli pizzayı hızlı ve en iyi fiyata yemesi.”

Gel-al servisin avantajını müşteriye yansıtacak

Little Caesars Türkiye’nin yeni dönemi ile ilgili açıklama yapan Çelebi Gıda A.Ş. ve Little Caesars Türkiye CEO’su Banu Arıduru, markanın Türkiye hikayesini yeniden yazmayı hedeflediklerine vurgu yaptı. Arıduru, “Tüketici alışkanlıklarına yönelik analizlerimiz bize, fiyat avantajlı Gel-Al servisin yükseliş sinyallerini bir süredir veriyordu, stratejik planlarımızı bu yönde yeniledik. ‘Gel-Al’da pizza tüketimine baktığımızda aile ile tüketimin yüzde 39 oranında gerçekleştiğini görüyoruz. Eve serviste bu oran yüzde 44. Her ailenin ayda bir veya iki defa pizza gecesi yapma eğiliminde olduğu görülüyor. Yeni stratejimizle tüm sosyo ekonomik gruplara bu imkânı yaratmaya odaklandık. Müşterinin siparişini şubeden alması büyük bir maliyet avantajı getiriyor ve biz bu avantajın neredeyse tamamını müşterilerimize yansıtıyoruz. Eve sipariş pizzada da en lezzetli pizzayı, hızlı ve en uygun fiyata sunabileceğimiz bir fiyat yapısı belirledik ama Gel-Al’da hiç yapılmayanı yaparak yüzde 40 avantaj fırsatı yarattık. Müşterilerimizin haftanın her günü, günün her saati yararlanabileceği sürdürülebilir bir kampanya ile hem en iyi pizzayı en hızlı şekilde yemesini sağlayacak hem de bütçesine destek olacağız” dedi.

Küresel pizza pazarı hız kesmiyor

Çelebi Gıda A.Ş. ve Little Caesars Türkiye CEO’su Banu Arıduru’nun verdiği bilgilere göre; dünya pizza pazarının 2022’den 2027’ye yüzde 86 oranında büyümesi bekleniyor. Bu büyümede yeni nesil müşterinin online alışkanlıkları, pizzanın paylaşımı kolay ve kalite standartlarının belli bir ürün olması, yaratıcı ve farklı ürün seçenekleri sunması gibi faktörlerin etkisi var. 2022’de fast food pazarında yüzde 27 olan pizza payının 2027’de yüzde 42 olacağı tahmin ediliyor. Arıduru, Türkiye’nin de bu büyüme ivmesini yakalayacağını belirterek, “Euromonitor ve Deloitte verilerine göre; Türkiye’de yeme içme pazarının 2021 yılında 130 milyar TL iken, neredeyse yüzde 100’e yakın bir artışla 2022 yılında 256 milyar TL’ye çıktığını görüyoruz. Restoranda yeme içme alışkanlıkları pandemi öncesi yüzde 70 iken, pandemide yüzde 43’e kadar indi ve bugün yüzde 55’e yükseldi. Gel-Al ve eve servis sektörünün payı pandemiden önce yüzde 30 iken şu anda 45 bandında gerçekleşiyor. Veriler gösteriyor ki restoranlarda geçirilen süre azalıyor, oluşan fark Gel-Al ve eve servise kayıyor” dedi.

5 yıl sonunda 600 şube hedefi

Arıduru, “Little Caesars Pizza, dünyanın üç büyük pizza zinciri arasında yer alıyor ve Gel-Al (Take Away) serviste ise dünyanın bir numaralı pizza zinciri unvanına sahibiz. Gel-Al servis, Little Caesars Global’in uzun süredir başarıyla uyguladığı bir sistem. Yeni hedefimiz Little Caesars Türkiye’nin ‘Gel-Al’ servisini yaygınlaştırırken müşterinin tercihen yürüyerek geldiği şube sayısını da artırmak. Türkiye’deki orta vade hedefimiz müşteriye her yerde yakın olmak, gelip almak için zaman ve enerji harcamamasını ve böylece eve teslimatı azaltarak değişim yarattığımız karbon ayak izinin daha da küçülmesini sağlamak. Şu anda 120 olan şube sayımızı 2025 sonunda ise 300’e çıkarmayı, beş yıl içinde 600 şube olmayı hedefliyoruz” dedi.

Yatırım hızını yönetebilecek hazırlık yapıldı

Yapılacak olan reklam yatırımının şube başı satış sayılarında yüzde 50’lik bir artış sağlayacağını tahmin ettiklerini söyleyen Arıduru, emlak ve inşaat departmanlarının bu talebi karşılayacak şekilde organize olduğunu ekledi. Arıduru, “Little Caesars olarak yüzde 80 oranında franchise operasyonu yürütüyoruz. Hiçbir sektör bilgisi olmadan şirketimize başvuran franchiseelerimize; 24 günlük uygulamalı eğitimlerin yanı sıra; operasyon yönetimi, pazarlama, stok yönetimi ve takibi, satış geliştirme, müşteri memnuniyeti, işe alma ve insan kaynağı yönetimi gibi konularda sınıf eğitimleri veriyoruz. Şube yerinin bulunmasından, inşaata, açılış sürecindeki desteklerden, tüm çalışma süresi boyunca kendilerine atanan bölge müdürü ve operasyon müdürü aracılığı ile verilen yönetim danışmanlığına kadar pek çok destek veriyoruz” dedi. Little Caesars Türkiye’nin her şey dahil şube açma yatırım maliyetinin; anahtar teslim 2 milyon 100 bin TL + KDV olduğunu ve işletmecilerin yatırımlarını yaklaşık iki buçuk yılda geri aldıklarını belirten Arıduru, yeni dönemde yoğun bir franchise talebi öngördüklerini söyledi.

Önce lezzet rekabeti

Banu Arıduru, Little Caesars’ın Amerika’da 14 yıldır üst üste paranın karşılığını en iyi veren marka seçildiğini ve Türkiye hedefinin de bu olduğunu söyledi. Arıduru, Little Caesars Türkiye’nin kurulduğu ilk günden bu yana müşteri odaklı yeniliklerin peşinden ayrılmadığını vurgulayarak, “Mevsiminde toplanmış domates sosundan gerçek mozzarella peynirine ve her şubede günlük pizza hamuru uygulamasına kadar odağımızda hep en lezzetli pizza sunma hedefi oldu. Biz lezzet rekabetini her zaman fiyatın önünde tuttuk. Şimdi çıtayı yükseltiyoruz, herkes en lezzetli pizzayı yiyebilsin, buyurun bunlar da fiyatlarımız diyoruz” ifadelerini kullandı.

Akıllı dijital dönüşüm tasarruf getirdi

Banu Arıduru, son iki senede dijital dönüşüm ve yeni satış kanallarına anlık entegrasyon sağlayan 2,5 milyon dolarlık bir teknoloji yatırımının gerçekleştiğini ve 2023 itibariyle satışların yüzde 75’inin dijitalden geldiğini söyledi. Arıduru, “Siparişten tedarik zincirine tüm süreçlerde başarıyla uygulanan dijital dönüşüm önemli bir verimlilik artışı yarattı. Verimlilik demek daha akıllı kazanç demektir ve elde edilen tasarrufu müşteriye yansıtmayı seçiyoruz. Şu anda odağımız en iyi müşteri deneyimini yaratmak.
